NLE Solutions was established as a finance and accounting consulting practice in South Africa. Our business model is based on the need for sound financial management, accounting and reporting. This particularly more prevalent within the public sector where sound and efficient financial management is a statutory requirement.
The great need for transparent financial reporting underpins accountability and a critical cornerstone in ensuring sustainability, credibility and reliability of reporting within sound financial management.

Our Management
LAZOLA MALITI
CA(SA), CIA
Lazola joined one of the big 4 firms back in 2013 and completed his articles with the firm in 2015. Post his articles, through hard work and dedication, his diligence saw him move swiftly up the managerial ranks to a senior manager position within 3 years.
Throughout his career he was exposed to clients from various industries, however, his client base was more focused on the public sector. He gained extensive experience from being part of a wide variety of service offerings such as:
- Assisting the AGSA with external audit of local municipalities
- Audit readiness
- Providing technical support to the financial management division
- Audit remediation
He has an extensive understanding and background for all aspects of public sector financial management across both local and provincial spheres of government, as well as international government. He has an excellent understanding of the financial
management processes regulated by the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA), Municipal Financial Management Act
(MFMA), International Public Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and other applicable treasury regulations.
Lazola is driven by his passion for bringing about tangible change. He believes that the key cornerstone to achieving this, is to
promote teaming and integration. He strives to deliver high quality work and is more than willing to coach others whilst also
eager to be mentored and grow himself both as an individual and professional. He believes in adding value to his clients so that they can continue to grow and achieve their goals.
